"I didn’t get to stay here and still had to pay. I was traveling from Des Moines to Branson and booked two rooms at Knights Inn. When it added it to my calendar, it flipped the address to a Kights Inn in Kirksville. So we ended up driving 3 and a half hours for nothing. So we missed the hotel and still had to pay despite calling."
