"We had a 3 day stay. Every one of the staff members, right down to the maintenance man were super friendly. Very convenient location as KC is so spread out. We ubered every where except to breakfast one day, so cannot attest to the parking. Pros: Affordable, friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds, nice convenience store, liked it had a fridge and safe in the room. Liked the big shower, albeit a small bathroom. Cons: Right downtown, so as per several uber drivers that brought us back late, was...

"The check-in was not good. She could not find our reservation and it took her FOREVER to finally figure it out. The elevator was out of service one day. We were close to an exit and the shutting of the door was VERY loud and closed often. Our reservation was made 6 months in advance and prepaid. You would think we could have had a quieter room. "

"The room was nice, the pool was very small. The hot tub was OK. Warner than the pool but not really hot and the only protein at breakfast was microwaved sausage patties that were an unappealing color. The toaster worked great and the cereal and donuts were OK but definitely not a main dish. "
