"This cottage was perfect for our family of 4 (me, my husband and our two boys, aged 5 and 9). It’s larger than it appears in the photos and has a super “comfy” feel. Upon arrival the desk had no record of this selection and charged extra to get what I thought I had already paid for. I don't know if this is Expedia's fault or the hotel's. But, whatever the reason, it is misleading and annoying. "
