Quaint and cozy 3 bedroom/2 bath cabin with a loft and a natural rock wood burning fireplace to relax by. Upon entry into the home, you will find a cozy sitting area and large wood burning fireplace. Perfect for cuddling up with a book and enjoying the crackling fire. Off of the sitting area is a large open kitchen for preparing family meals after a long day on the lake or a comfy winter night in. From the kitchen you will find a large dining table with beautiful views of the surrounding forest and the back porch area perfect for wildlife viewing! A bright, full-size washer and dryer room are also on the main level along with another half bath for your convenience. There is one private bedroom on the main floor, that offers a queen bed. Just outside this bedroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Up the stairs, you will find an additional queen bed in the open loft with a lovely living area and TV overlooking the living space below, great for kids and young adults! The second private bedroom is also located on this floor and is complete with a queen bed. Easy access from main road with a large and accommodating driveway for sled and/or boat trailers!

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
