After waiting in line for a while, the front desk didn't have the reservation listed in their system and sent us away at 6:30 pm telling us to call Evolve. We called and they told us that the reservation was still stuck pending in the air and they had to still confirm that cleaning services were completed. Hmm at 6:30-7 pm!! We waited on line again and finally received the key to the studio suite."

However to improve the stay of others I would greatly suggest that in the ktichen you have more than one dish cloth and one dish towel and to make sure the dishes are checked for cleanliness. When I was getting a plate out, it was full of dried mac and cheese something that is not easily missed.
