"Place was nice, great location by busses and nice kitchen, but a little beaten up and some of the appiances didnt work properly."

"Loved our stay here! Very clean. Very convenient. I liked the layout. There are 6 levels with a small set of steps in between each. You enter on the forth level where the kitchen is. The bedroom on the top floor had a queen bed and the nicest bathroom. The fifth level was a nice living room with couches and a fireplace. The third level has the king bed and a small but workable bathroom The second level had the laundry and the bunk bedroom. And the first level had a family/game room with outdoor...

"Nice condo with nice amenities. The location is terrific. Elevator ride to the fifth floor and a short walk inside to the slope. End of day, ski down within a few yards of the front door. Nice hot tub. Close to the winter park resort for a short walk in the evening for dining or hanging out. "

"We were not able to check in even after confirmation of our booking. After waiting in line for a while, the front desk didn't have the reservation listed in their system and sent us away at 6:30 pm telling us to call Evolve. We called and they told us that the reservation was still stuck pending in the air and they had to still confirm that cleaning services were completed. Hmm at 6:30-7 pm!! We waited on line again and finally received the key to the studio suite."

"Very nice place. Exactly as advertised. Clean and cozy. Past reviews complained about noisy upstairs tenants but no problem with this visit. Hardly heard them come and go. Gave 5 Stars for location but keep in mind this is Kremmling, not Steamboat Springs. Very good communication with the property manager. Would stay here before a motel or hotel. Definitely recommend. "

"The room was super cozy and romantic for a couples getaway. The only cons were the waterfall shower (just personal preference) and the bed was a little low but it’s a pull down so it’s not a controllable. Other than that it was a nice quiet room, all the amenities were available at our fingertips."

"We've stayed in many Iron Horse units over the years. This one has a great location, right off the ski corridor. The unit itself is basic and not fancy or updated. It has what is needed for two people, not much more in terms of bedding, towels, kitchenware."

"2 adults, 3 kids and one of the showerheads were broken. Offered to fix (it was simple) and she declined. Towels smelled musty and were yellowed, toilets not clean and have not seen a microwave that small since college. Could not handle a full bag of popcorn. Temp would randomly go up and down and wifi was spotty at best which limited TV in evenings. "

"Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this condo/townhome. Our young boys 5 & 7 really enjoyed the bunk beds. The place was very well equipped for all your cooking needs. There are tons of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We also used the conveniently located free shuttle to get up to Winter Park to go skiing.Just a warning, there is a decent amount of stairs to go up and no elevator to access the 2nd level unit so if you have someone that has difficulty with stairs...

"My husband and I stayed to celebrate his birthday, and it was awesome! The whole property is beautiful and the view is worth a million. The host was very friendly and shared her knowledge of the area with us. And all of the reviews are true; the hot tub is amazing!"
