"The service was so personal it felt like we were part of their family. We were greeted by friendly staff who immediately took our bags while we checked in. We received private tours to the volcano and waterfalls which are amazing. We got to see and feed some amazing animals. The guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. "Great hotel. German college interns always available and very helpful. Only drawback, nobody, including cab drivers, could find this place. We stayed 2 nights and BOTH nights we journeyed out only to find that taxi drivers had no idea where this place was and that was AFTER showing them the address card that the hotel had given us. Very Weird."
