"Very good Hotel. Check in was excellent, the lady on the desk extremely helpful. Beautiful champagne bar and everywhere was in good condition. The room was spacious, the bed enormous and the shower and bath brand new. Staff in the bar and elsewhere were excellent."

"Great stay at this hotel. Room was really clean and spacious - we had a garden room with a door to an outside seating area which was great as the sun was out. Pool was nice and clean as were the changing rooms and plenty of towels available poolside. Breakfast was cooked to order if you fancied the cooked breakfast but also plenty of choice from the continental buffet. Would definitely stay here again."

"Disappointed that had to pay additional fee for parking. However it's not made very clear when booking through Expedia. I only realized when contacted by hotel the day before arrival. Shower bathroom very cramped. Toilet roll rack very poorly located. Difficult to reach once using facility. On the plus side: Toiletries, towels and contents of room tray goodies very good. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our food in the evening in the bar/restaurant. So overall ok."

"For the price I paid I wasn't expecting the world, but I've stayed in similar hotels for lower prices and generally had much better experiences. The room was very dusty and stuffy even with the fan on & window open, and the surroundings noisy due to the location of the room with various deliveries early in the morning. I was also kept awake from a neighbour's snoring all night so would question the quality of the walls! Tv seemed to have issues and kept cutting out which was annoying. Experience outside the room was ok with friendly staff, good parking etc. so I hope my room was just a one-off bad and that the other rooms offer a more pleasant stay."
