"The apartment was clean and very spacious. The AC worked great. The garage access was very tight and hard to get the car into. The access way to the alley where the garage is situated was blocked by delivery vans often times. The area that this apartment is situated in did not feel safe. It was dirty with garbage on the street. There were people behind in the alley often smoking something. The windows of the apartment are all boarded up for safety which seemed weird. You don’t get any daylight...
