It was stacking. - We asked for room service we wanted to have a drink. It was around 9 pm. It was not possible. - We took a prosecco out of the fridge, it was not drinkable at all. It was either extremely old or very poorly maintened"

"In general I like this hotel. It was my second stay there. They have a lovely breakfast and the area is very good for both walkability and transportation. I did have an issue with the curtains in my superior room. They would not close over the dramatic double height window, so sleeping was going to be a problem. They were only able to downgrade my room due to current availability, but I did have a good nights sleep and I would recommend room 403, which is a standard double."
