"Our room was fine. Nothing fancy. We were there for a hockey tournament so had other families also staying at the same hotel. They however did not have a great experience. Rooms were dirty and things were broken. One family had to drive home because their room was no longer available despite making. reservation. The evening we checked in the staff was fantastic. However the next day, the staff who was working the front desk had no idea what they were doing. I would stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice. "
