The hotel itself isn't horrible, however upon leaving I was charged the wrong amount, and had a damage charge posted for something that I didn't do. The staff at the front desk were extremely unhelpful and didnt make an effort to explain the situation. Additionally, beware of their reservation system as I checked out around 4am and received a receipt for my stay showing that I checked out at 10:41am which isn't possible as I was on an airplane. Business seems a little shady to me.

It really not a whole lot to complain about it was really quiet.Our room was pretty clean.There were some areas that could have been cleaned dusted.Our table was broken, but nothing at it.Won't stand and I'm just picking you here.But other than that , it wasn't overall good

Perfect for a night or two, we went to see T-Pain in concert and it was just what we needed. I will say it could have been cleaner, the tub and shower curtain were stained and made me a little uncomfortable showering but other than that, everything was just fine. There was no fridge but not that big of a deal given we only stayed one night and ate out. Staff was extremely kind, would definitely stay again.

There was a homeless man in the parking lot 20 yards from where we parked our car. Room was terribly dirty, comforter had cigarette burns in it. Hair in the sheets. Dead bolt didn’t work. Walked in and looked around and walked back out. Had to book a room at another hotel at midnight. We refused to sleep in that dump.

Property lacks maintenance on the outside. Night staff not very friendly or serviceable. Had an issue that needed a phone call and no phone service available in the room or front desk. Rooms are just barely OK.

Coffee maker had pieces missing. There was shampoo but no conditioner. But it was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. It felt safe and was not expensive.

The woman at the front desk was in the back talking to others. When she finally came out to check us in, it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. It took a very long time. Not impressed with her at all. I had already checked in online.
