"Very very clean rooms and spotless linens. I was so impressed earlier this week with my stay I came back for a few extra days! *I do want to acknowledge all the staff here, they are excellent and very helpful if there is a problem. I personally saw them catch a very large wolfhound/dog that some idiot guest left in their room all day unattended and the dog managed to open the door latch and escape. The staff caught the dog as I was headed for the busy road next door and hold it for hours bc the guest wasn’t answering their cell phone and the alternate number written on the dog’s harness was not in service. Those staff deserve a huge tip for saving that dog!"

"Very clean place. The cable box wasn't working but the staff fixed it. The bed frames are made of metal so you could hear whenever I moved during the night. "

"Our heater/AC made a horrible noise when it turned on. Lived with for 2 of 3 nights. Reported it to front desk and it was fixed that day. Peaceful night’s sleep on our 3rd night and final night. "

"Across the Hotel is an easy walk around the Fountain/Lake. Walkable to restaurants. Clean Hotel area & rooms. Easy parking. Quiet & safe area. Easy drive to (20 min) Old town Scottsdale. "

"We stay at a lot of properties each year. You can tell from the minute you pull into the parking lot that the owners and staff take great pride in this location. Everything is clean, the landscaping is kept up, etc. From the fresh cut fruit in the mornings, to the friendly staff greeting you, there is just a great vibe to this property. We will be staying here again and again when visiting the area. Also, the adjoining bar is great, but better yet is the ice machine with attached water to fill your bottle before heading out for the day."

"I missed my flight out of AZA airport WAS STRANDED WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION, LODGING, AND CLOSE TO PANIC TRYING TO PLAN MY NEXT MOVE AS A SINGLE FEMALE ALONE IN A LARGE CITY. The staff at Legacy Hotel was amazing. I cannot express how kind and helpful polite friendly these three people made my unexpected stay. Unfortunately, I don’t have names but two separate courier drivers both males thank you very much. Your professionalism, friendly and easy-going demeanor helped greatly to put me at ease and feel safe. The young lady working the front desk. You are exceptional and I hope this company realizes how great of an asset you are to their company and their customer relations"
