One of our party got sick (82 year old with flu) and we had to change our plane reservation from Friday to Monday. We asked hotel to move our reservation from Thursday night to Sunday night. They wouldn't do it. We had to pay for both rooms even though we werent there to use them. Very disappointing.

Very nice room and property. Great location. Close to shopping, food. Offers breakfast each morning which is good. Comfortable beds and pillows. Cleaning rooms daily is an option. Definitely would stay again.

We usually stay here when we visit friends and haven’t been let down. Always clean and always get a bunch of fresh towels. Breakfast had a great selection.

The Staff was amazing, despite a mix up with our room reservation (supposed to be a handicap room). They upgraded us to a suite, not ideal, but we made it work. They were amazing!

Property was clean and quiet. Room used to be a smoking room as you could see melt/burn marks on the carpet and what looked like a large make up mishap on the carpet as well. Also, when you turned up the air conditioner you could smell stale cigarette smoke. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was beautiful but in the shade a lot. Do not recommend ground floor rooms as you are unable to open your blinds for light as anyone walking by can see right into your room.
