"The room was very clean. Only issue was with the room furnishings. There was only a desk chair for use at the desk. It would have been nice to have had an arm chair or something to serve as a sitting area. Also the sink was very small & hard for 2 people to use. Shower was very nice. All in all, it was a good room, but not great. "

"Our heater/AC made a horrible noise when it turned on. Lived with for 2 of 3 nights. Reported it to front desk and it was fixed that day. Peaceful night’s sleep on our 3rd night and final night. "

"We only stayed for 2 nights but we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool and hot tub were warm enough to enjoy. There is a nice fire pit in the pool area. The breakfast included eggs, pancakes, bacon in addition to an array of.cold foods. We were very happy with our stay here."

"The Hampton Inn @ Queen Creek is a lovely place! The hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s near restaurants and shops. The parking is convenient, and if the hotel is full then there is overflow parking in the adjacent shopping center or dirt lot next to the property. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast has variety and is well stocked."

"We stayed here for 1 week and had a very comfortable stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Particularly Tiffany in the kitchen who went out of her way to accommodate us. I would certainly recommend this hotel. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and facility was very clean! My favorite part was the ice and water with disposable cups to ensure we were well hydrated during our stay. If we ever come back to Gilbert we would definitely stay here again! "

"We stay at a lot of properties each year. You can tell from the minute you pull into the parking lot that the owners and staff take great pride in this location. Everything is clean, the landscaping is kept up, etc. From the fresh cut fruit in the mornings, to the friendly staff greeting you, there is just a great vibe to this property. We will be staying here again and again when visiting the area. Also, the adjoining bar is great, but better yet is the ice machine with attached water to...

"Staff is very friendly and professional. We arrived very late our first night, and the sheets on one of the beds had stains on it. We notified the front desk in the morning and they we very apologetic and changed the sheets. However, I asked that there be some sort of compensation, as it was quite unpleasant. I never did get an answer, was just told the manager would be notified. So that was a bit frustrating. "

"Well lit property. Nice lobby, and wonderful staff at the check in/out window. Very large room with a comfortable bed. Refrigerator was appreciated! Hot water in the shower was quick - hardly any wasted water waiting to heat up! Very quiet, even being close to a major 4 lane street. "
