"The thing that made the stay was your staff...Mary - checking me in, Joe - lending me tools, Eddie helping me out with clogged sink, air compressor and muscle :), Mike was my info guy and box supplier, breakfast guy was very accommodating and moved around like a hummingbird...everyone was awesome. I like the soap/shampoo dispensers. The room was nice, but had a strange odor upon arrival and each time entering. Add tea variations and honey packets to Breaky. My first choice for future stay... "First they were accommodating with us showing up a day late due to an accident in the canyon. The person at the front desk was super kind, very engaged in conversation. The room. Well thats where the good vibes ended. It smelled of cigarette smoke. This was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bedding was dated and felt dirty. There were cobwebs in every corner of the room. There was a used coffee pod in the maker and the pot was crusty. Dust on the top of the lamshade. It just felt grungy....
