"Nice place"

"First they were accommodating with us showing up a day late due to an accident in the canyon. The person at the front desk was super kind, very engaged in conversation. The room. Well thats where the good vibes ended. It smelled of cigarette smoke. This was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bedding was dated and felt dirty. There were cobwebs in every corner of the room. There was a used coffee pod in the maker and the pot was crusty. Dust on the top of the lamshade. It just felt grungy....

"Staff friendly. Beds really comfy brilliant pizza restaurant 5 mins walk and nice bar/restaurant nearby too "

"Doors squeaked and room rattled when other ppl closed Thier doors...."

"Super friendly, helpful. Easy in, easy out. The staff were very helpful. The area is full of nice walks and bike rides. Walking to the hot spring pool takes 5 minutes. Beautiful!!"

"Very good breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles yogurt, fresh orange juice, etc. Quiet, even though it’s right off I-70 as are all the hotels in Glenwood Springs. Underground parking was convenient because it was raining/snowing. "
