"We were pleased with our stay. The house is nicely laid out -- efficient and compact. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were nice touches throughout such as upscale towels. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Kensington. We wanted to flag 2 items. First, we could hear the downstairs neighbors speaking loudly starting around 6:30 am. "This unit is convenient to Bethesda and Rockville. The host is very kind and left us snacks (helpful for night arrival when things are mostly closed). Check-in and checkout are always easy. We plan to return again next year."

"My wife and I stayed here for our weekend in DC. The place was about 20 minutes from the National Mall depending on traffic and stop lights. It's not the nicest part of DC but it's not terrible. Check in was pretty smooth except we didn't have a keypad code on the app so we had to message the host, but he responded quickly and we were able to get in the house easily. "We had a multi-generational family vacation at this property. The grandkids loved the pool. We had several questions and the owner was prompt to respond and address an issue or two (nothing major). We enjoyed our time at the house. It was a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to several restaurants, etc. We traveled into DC most days - and with traffic and construction - it was about 35-40 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. We enjoyed our vacation very much!"

"The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Parking was expensive for the most convenient access, but I did not mind the short walk to my car in the morning, to wake up. The night it snowed was beautiful but noisy once they started to clear it. My neighbor directly above me was a little heavy footed, but luckily did not move around too much. Bathroom was gorgeous and loved all the space with multiple closets. Would stay again, but would have liked the ability to pay for parking prior to check...
