"We had a multi-generational family vacation at this property. The grandkids loved the pool. We had several questions and the owner was prompt to respond and address an issue or two (nothing major). We enjoyed our time at the house. It was a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to several restaurants, etc. We traveled into DC most days - and with traffic and construction - it was about 35-40 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. We enjoyed our vacation very much!"

"My wife and I stayed here for our weekend in DC. The place was about 20 minutes from the National Mall depending on traffic and stop lights. It's not the nicest part of DC but it's not terrible. Check in was pretty smooth except we didn't have a keypad code on the app so we had to message the host, but he responded quickly and we were able to get in the house easily. The place was just as expected. It was clean and a good place to stay for the price. The only thing we found odd was the bathroom...

"It was a very nice and clean home!! Well stocked with all the items we needed . Nice park right next door. Only complaint I had and is not a deal breaker is the he leaving room is small and needs more seating like a bigger couch but we made do!! Property management was available at all times for any issues!! Which we didn’t have any"

"This is our third stay at this rental. It was clean and comfortable as always. It is a safe neighborhood, well lit and quiet. You do hear the adjacent highway traffic, but that was not problematic for us. There is a nice green space in the center of the development for walking the dog as well as an area right near the unit. It is conveniently located to Washington and Annapolis for day trips. I highly recommend "
