"Cleanliness: It was a pretty clean place, but you could definitely tell it was run down in some areas. Comfort: The main complaint from the group was that the beds were too stiff. I'd recommend the host upgrade the mattresses or buy mattress toppers. "My friends and family stayed for the Philly Marathon. This was perfect because it had beds for everyone! It was great to have everyone be able to sit and relax. Fishtown was great to be away from the chaos of downtown, but still easy to get there. Parking was a bit tricky and we ended up getting a ticket ($27). Also, it seemed like the dishwasher was not functioning so we had to fill the water by hand. Other than those two things, the place was great!"

"This is a fantastic use of an old space. Very conveniently located just off the subway system, the neighborhood isn't the nicest BUT the house is fantastic. Wide open spaces with plenty of comfortable chairs, beds and couches, the extra showers and eating areas were awesome and there was an outdoor back patio that made for a great reading area. All and all a fantastic stay, we cancelled evening plans just to hang out in the VRBO and enjoy some family time."
