"The home was nice, it is clean and looks like the pictures. Pool and spa are also very clean. The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to...

"Great property in a quiet residential neighborhood about a 1 block walk to extensive trail network. The back yard with pool, hot tub, fireplace and seating areas were perfect.
