"When I made the reservation on Expedia, I was unaware this was a condo vacation rental. Shortly after making the reservation I received an email from the rental company. They advised I would need to sign the rental contract at their office in Scottsdale (the reservation is in Glendale) or have to pay a $100 fee and submit to a background check.
