I am always traveling with my daughter and grandson. We need 2 queen size beds, a walk in shower and a room close to the lobby. We were booked on the 3rd floor, a distance from the elevator and a bathtub. I wasn't able to take a shower and even though I checked off for mobility, the toilet area...

"When i was trying to check in, I had to wait over 30 min for hotel staff because he and the manager were handling something. Then i get to the room and there's dried up blue cleaner in toilet bowl which wont come off unless you clean it"
