"The heater/ac did not work. Devin was able to get us an electric heater that worked. The next day we needed the AC so we opened a window and turned the fan on the ac unit which was noisy. Was surprised room was not cleaned or trash emptied on any day. We enjoyed the food from the restaurant. Wish there was an ice machine since restaurant closed mondays. It was rustic with a great view!"

"thanks, you so much for a wonderful stay. the cabin was beautiful, clean and we loved it. the only issue I would say is trying to get out of the driveway. in a large truck, there was not a lot of room to maneuver and if we had had a second vehicle, I don't know how that would have worked due to the fact I am not use to such tight steep driveways. Overall, the cabin was amazing. thanks, you so much for a wonderful stay"

"Arriving at Trail’s End is such a treat. The little cottage is nestled in at the end of the drive with beautiful rhododendron and rocks and a little creek on site. The back bedroom is a cozy cabin-like room with a very comfortable bed. The trails were fun to explore. Also really enjoyed the Paddy’s Creek trail in Lake James State Park and Fonta Flora brewing (whipporwil farm location) was fantastic. This is a really lovely place. "The cabin was beautiful and had everything that we could need. The host was wonderful and great with communication.The kids really enjoyed the pool table.The cabin had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. One thing of note is that the driveway is a bit steep and curves, but nothing critical. No 4WD necessary during normal weather.
