"The hotel is far from downtown and overlooks a busy highway. No hot water any time of day or night. Very loud noise of draining bathtub. Rainwater shower function doesn't work. Stench from drains in the mornings."

"室内が広く、バストイレ別で快適。また2ドア式の冷蔵庫(冷蔵庫と冷凍庫が別)なのも高評価ポイント。駐車場は立体式で、幅が広い車・全長が長い車だと苦労するかも知れない。朝食はご飯、汁物(テンジャンチゲ?)、ホットミール（プルコギ・スクランブルエッグ）、コールドミール(キムチ・ナムル等)と無料の割には充実している印象。ただ、コーヒーが見当たらなかったのは残念(あるかどうかは聞いていない)。また、朝食の開始時刻がもう少し早いと有難い(7時～)。"

"Loved the jacuzzi and the rainfall shower. Beds were hard and I’m pretty sure this is a “love hotel” definitely not family friendly but good for the one night we were there. Reception doesn’t speak English so you will need translation."

"This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I actually got the exact same room. My previous scores for this hotel was slightly higher b/c it was 2 years ago and they just had a renovation. This stay is still nice, but the room aged a bit. Though surrounded by love motels and itself providing love motel services, Brown Dot does cater to a variety of travelers. Both visits I saw businessmen, families with children, etc... staying at this hotel. It is a pretty fancy set up - Mineral water spa...

"Not a bad place, but the photos and description felt like they had nothing in common at all with the location. 'close to the sea'? it is in a strip of bars and hotels in a small town more than a half hour drive away from any ocean area. 'good for families'? it's just an average small hotel with no natural light indoors, overheated floors, and ramen for breakfast."

"The apartment is beautiful, with great views and location. The only downside, which is important to note, is that saying 10 people can stay there (comfortably) is incorrect. The queens are not standard queens but instead full sized (we were told this is queen sized in Korea, but we’ve stayed at other places with standard queen). "Room was clean and quite nice. Shower setup was a little strange in that you have to use the faucet to control the temperature of the shower... I didn't eat the breakfast, but it looked good. There are two convenience stores within walking distance."

"The stay was amazing. The only complaint I have was the room service. Ordered food and only received one order due to the second order continuing to get cancelled with no communication. When talking to the front desk to try to see what was going on, was told the kitchen was closed when the order was placed over an hour before room service stopped for the night. "

"A centrally located hotel in the city of Busan - steps away from the Underground - with a very gracious, efficient staff always ready to provide an excellent experience for their guests. Room was spacious; comfortable beds, roomy storage, desk and seating area. Our room was well appointed with all necessary amenities. Did have a very minor issue with room safe and how to set the code (my lack of Korean!) but once operational instructions were found, it was soon very easy to set and use. Fresh robes, slippers, and fresh towels are available daily, but hotel is very concious of using ‘Green’ methods regarding housekeeping so that’s an added bonus. Loved the mind blowing choices for both the Breakfast Buffet and Lunch Buffet (served daily) with the entire exceptionally gracious ‘La Seine’ staff providing us with a great start to each day. An extra bonus while staying at the LOTTE BUSAN HOTEL was the underground Food Hall - with dozens of cafés, restaurants, dessert options, and shops. Luxury brands offered inside the LOTTE Department Store a couple floors above the Food Hall. We did not use the outdoor heated pool but saw many other guests enjoying it. Our 4 day stay in the LOTTE HOTEL BUSAN after having stayed at the LOTTE HOTEL SEOUL CITY for a full week - was the perfect place to finish off our 12 days in Korea!"
