"I really enjoyed staying in this villa. Even though in the busy area, the villa creates very cosy and tropical space. I like the good sense of the room, patio, and garden. They are so fashionable and have a natural taste. The staffs are very friendly and kind.We had a very nice breakfast (we can choose from many varieties, including Japanese) and afternoon tea beside the pool everyday. "Location of the Villa is very convenient and centralised. One of the most beautiful Villa in Bali. Staffs were extremely helpful and nice especially Ms Ayu. Was down with Bali Belly and the team really showed their concern and provide us with the best hospitality. Excellent. "

"Stunning property with great views over the river gorge. Kinda feels like you are camping in the jungle, but will all of the comforts of a top notch villa. Nothing was too much trouble for Yande and team, and the food was superb. Highly recommended."

"Great resort for those with kids. Kids club and pools are staffed by friendly people who genuinely love interacting with the kids. Only downside is the distance from the beach - although only a 10-15min walk by adults, it’s challenging to walk with small kids on the busy roads which are shared by cars, scooters, motorcycles and pedestrians. "We have been going to Truntum Kuta ( Previously Grand Inna) for the past 10 years. From the Managers, Reception staff to the cleaners we have built a friendship as well as mutual respect. When you walk into into a hotel and you feel like its a second home and your name is always remembered, there is no better feeling. Even though we will stay at other hotels for the experience Truntum is always our favourite because the staff make it wonderful. So, for as long as we go to Bali, a Truntum stay is a must."
