We were offered a free room upgrade however already happy with our allocated room and chose not to accept thr kind offer. Rooms and all public areas are always clean, tidy and gardens are well maintained. Great waterpark pool for the grand children and also plenty of activities to keep them busy. Short walk to beach where there is a small area reserved for guests which has a few sun lounges and umbrellas. Would definitely recommend Bali Dynasty especially for families with children."
