"We enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely even though I only got to dive in and get out immediately. The pool closes at 19:00, and I had arrived after a very hot day touring Rome at 5 till. The room was always clean and fresh, with towels when we returned. The breakfast was plentiful. Eggs, bacon (not quite fully cooked... Not sure if that's an "Italian" thing... Odd. "Friendly helpful staff. Included breakfast was good and plentiful. Clean room. Close to train, bus, dining, shopping, and in a nice walkable neighborhood. "

"They are not responsible and not reliable they call me a day before and they said that the bathroom was out service that I have to go find another hotel, it was not hotel available in Roma that weekend "

"I did not realize that this is an air b&b. The room is tiny and the shower is extremely tiny. You have to get out of the shower to turn around and get back into the shower. The breakfast provided is a bunch of pre packaged croissants and some bread. I wouldn't stay here again. The staff, Stefania is very good though."

"After flying for 20 h, I arrived to this place to find nobody except for clouds of hungry mosquitos. I called, ringed the doorbell and waited for two hours until the mosquitos and the sun were unbearable. We went with my 80 plus y/o parents and my 10 y/o daughter to a hotel and as you can imagine, finding a hotel in Rome in the middle of the summer without reservation is not easy. We end up in a cheap hotel after paying the taxi 50 euros for taking us hotel hunting. I went back to villa magnolia...

"Close to Public transport, very old style property need renovation. WiFi very poor in the rooms. Ok ish budget hotel. Nice staff"
