"After flying for 20 h, I arrived to this place to find nobody except for clouds of hungry mosquitos. I called, ringed the doorbell and waited for two hours until the mosquitos and the sun were unbearable. We went with my 80 plus y/o parents and my 10 y/o daughter to a hotel and as you can imagine, finding a hotel in Rome in the middle of the summer without reservation is not easy. We end up in a cheap hotel after paying the taxi 50 euros for taking us hotel hunting. I went back to villa magnolia...

"I did not realize that this is an air b&b. The room is tiny and the shower is extremely tiny. You have to get out of the shower to turn around and get back into the shower. The breakfast provided is a bunch of pre packaged croissants and some bread. I wouldn't stay here again. The staff, Stefania is very good though."

"Terrible service, the room smelled like sewer, very bad smell everything Ive brought smelled like sewers after two day, the ventilation did not help. Bed sheets were dirty with little stains on them. There was banging on doors and weird noises coming out of the hall 2-3AM in at night which makes you feel very unsafe! "

"This location was much further than it advertised from location I had Google mapped, however, close to public transportation. I found the electric outletsrequired 3 prong transformer. But, another kind traveler said to plug into refrig outlet. That worked. Breakfast was prepackaged sweets or homemade torte and a coffee maker in a shared kitchen. Bed was uncomfortable."

"They are not responsible and not reliable they call me a day before and they said that the bathroom was out service that I have to go find another hotel, it was not hotel available in Roma that weekend "
