"Pillows is a beautiful, modern hotel. Our room was large - although they staged a large TV at the foot end of the bed, in effect cutting off the view of 2/3rd's of the room. This is a full service hotel that charges big city prices for everything, so be prepared. Two side points. One, they have no water - except in bottles - UNLESS it's to their advantage. "We had an excellent stay for two nights in a room of four. Great staff, great area, very easy to walk to everywhere. Good underground parking lot at less than five minute walk for 15 euros. Only downside for us is that the walls seem pretty thin so we could hear outside noise when there was some. To be expected in an old building. All in all, we had a very nice time in Ghent it is a great city."

"The hotel's greatest plus is it's location, right next to the cathedral. We were a group of 8, in 4 twin rooms and it served our needs perfectly. We opted for breakfast in the second morning which was value for money, with some hot options as well as cold."
