"Perfect spot to come back to after a day in downtown Cairo. Concierge was great at getting us a guide to the pyramids and Sphinx. We learned a lot and had a wonderful day. We walked all over the island and had a lovely dinner. Dinners and desserts on site were delicious. The ample breakfast buffet was more than we could possibly enjoy in one sitting so we were pleased to have three mornings to try everything. "

"Main issue we had was smoking from adjacent room seeping in from connecting door as well as noisy neighbours. Food is v good however and pool and outside areas all pleasant. Transport onto Cairo sightseeing all easy and cabs etc can be called with ease and quickly. "

"The staff were very kind and courteous and spoke enough English to assist whenever we needed help. The hotel is starting to show its age a bit, but is still mostly well-maintained. Although the rooftop restaurant and the breakfast cafe were very good and convenient, it does feel a bit limited. The area outside the hotel can be a bit noisy at night, but my wife and I are used to sleeping in a loud environment. Overall, a pleasant experience. "

"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

"Hotel is womderful. We had a terrible experience at the previous hotel we satyed and hotels.com was useless in helping us resolve our issue. But as soon as we got to the Hyatt it was great. The only disappointing part of the Hyatt is that we didnt stay there sooner and avoid the disaster we experienced. The hotel has multiple security checkpoints to enter and exit the property. "The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Rooms are all new and super clean, great soundproof doors on the balconies, since the plaza is very busy and loud, the bed was Fantastic and comfortable. Quick to respond to requests and always with a smile. Would definitely stay there again as it’s quite central to a lot of the monuments to visit, away from the pyramids. Breakfast was served in your room but could be a bit more generous with the portions of fool and falafel :) Thank you everyone at Sama and keep up the great work! "

"The hotel is amazing surrounded by beautiful restaurants, the staff are very nice and friendly, the rooms are big and spacious with an access to outdoor balcony, also there is a shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes, I’ll definitely go back."

I Liked it a Lot

"The hotel is a cute little boutique hotel. The staff go above and beyond. They are so kind and attentive. My bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was WIFI sucked badly. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again."
