"The view of the Pyramids from this property was fantastic. The staff was great! We really enjoyed the rooftop view that allowed us to see the pyramids. However, the area was not great. Each day you exit the building there are a multitude of people including children begging you for money. They follow you the while you’re walking the entire time. It really feels like harassment. A group of people got into a fight and we saw it from our room. "

"I loved my stay at this hilton. The staff took very good care of me. I wish had gotten there names but everyone was so nice and accomidating. I booked a sunrise camel ride at the pyramids that had a driver pick me up at 5:00am in the morning and the security guard( older gentleman) went to make sure my driver was legit before letting me in the car. Our room service was spot on and when we left the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door one day and the staff did not clean the room - the next day they left a lovely bowl of fruit to say sorry.
