"The Location, a short walk from Kensington Gardens, and the staff were amazing. There’s a Tube Station and city bus stop directly across from the gate to the gardens. I was able to catch a bus to Victoria Station, to see Wicked, at the Apollo Victoria Theatre. I will definitely return to this hotel."

"Can't really fault the place for the price. The room and lounge/reception had up an to date look and seemed to be recently furnished. My room had everything you'd expect. The bed was reasonably comfortable. It didn't have much of a view, just at another building close opposite. Like other reviews suggesting thin walls, I did notice noise travelled well when people talked in the corridor. For me, it was quiet mostly however, and there are multiple signs requesting quiet. "Excellent 2 night stay at this hotel! Staff were really friendly and helpful, reception helped with our shower pressure problem, and Andy arrived so quickly to sort it out. The next day we came back to new taps and wonderful shower pressure! Thanks Andy! Room was clean, really big and comfortable. Good food and service in the restaurant, good secure parking. This hotel was really good value for the price."
