"Very nice. Nothing fancy but very relaxing. The best calm beaches nearby. Not a traditional hotel with daily service, but anything needed..towels, soap, services, just need to ask. On a windy day, their beach was still calm. Splash restaurant has the best conch chowder...nice staff available to help at any time.. the only downside were the sand flies...must bring repellant everywhere.. overall..GREAT PLACE"

"Our group of 10 had a great stay! Exuma is beautiful. The pool and beach were fantastic. All of us cooked & ate most breakfasts and dinners at the large indoor dining room table most days and it worked out great. The kitchen was fully stocked and worked well for this.Master bedroom and bath is very nice and spacious. 2nd bedroom with queen bed is big enough and has it's own bathroom. Loft bedroom is a little more private that we were thinking it would be, but it does not have a door so sound carries. Bunk room is back in the corner of the house so pretty private and quiet. Bunk room beds can work for adults, but much more ideal for kids/teenagers.We used the kayaks and paddle boards at the house as well as the pool many of the days. No-see-ums (sand flies) and regular flies are definitely a thing though during sunrise and sunset. I'm sure this is an issue across the entire island though so just plan to stay inside during those times. If you like to cook, make sure to get some fresh fish the guy set up right outside of Shop Rite. Definitely need a car(s) to get around the island. The host, Jacquelyn, gave us tips and suggestions that helped us plan a lot of it in advance so I'd suggest reaching out for that. Highly recommend a boat tour to the other Exuma islands with Go Adventures H2O as well as an ATV tour with Exuma Adventure Tours. Great vacation!"

"What an amazing place to stay! Great experience beginning before we even arrived. Jack is great giving plenty of information, directions, and details for a worry-free stay. At arrival, our hostess Kay, had our dreamm vacation home ready to go. Throughout our stay, Jack and Kay offered information and answered all questions. What a delightful place to stay, fitting our family friend and our family of 5. Looking forward to our next visit here as this place had anything you could ask for! "Our stay at this Vrbo rental in Exuma was absolutely fantastic! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The direct view from the condo was breathtaking—we loved waking up to the stunning ocean scenery every day.The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. "I could not recommend this house and host enough. We have stayed in a lot of places before and by far this is the most charming place. Also she has everything you need that you may have forgotten at home. Beach towel, paddle board, kayaks, floats,spices in the cabinet, blow dryer. She has books and games. You have the best of both worlds. There is shade around the porch and a dick of loungers and chairs. I would love to keep it a secret. It's just to nice not to share. "
