"The home was immaculate, beautiful views, easy access to great beach. Plenty of spices for cooking. Plenty of room, only drawback was lots of stairs for elderly visitors to navigate. Would recommend highly."

"We love staying at the Seabiscuit. It was secluded, quiet, and so peaceful there. We loved walking out on the dock and watching the sunsets, kayaking and paddle boarding whenever we wanted, and just basically re-setting ourselves. Plenty of room in the rental, our teenagers loved having their own space in the loft. The roads getting there are rough so be sure your vehicle can handle them. No cable or smart tv log in options so be ready to unplug and unwind. . "

"I can't say enough positive things about this beautiful home. Pool and beach on property were one of the highlights. Perfect if traveling with children. Location of the house is close to the airport, grocery, restaurants and downtown Georgetown. The house itself is clean and has everything you might need for cooking, playing in pool or sitting on the beach. The view from the house is spectacular! Rick, the owner, made everything so easy. Constant communication and great tips on travel, restaurants, excursions etc. We will return to the beautiful Blue Hues!"

"We took our family to Exuma for the first time. We hope to be back as it did not disappoint. The Villa was in a great location and a short 10 minute drive into town. Having a beach was great - we rented jet skis one day that were delivered to us and also got picked up for a fishing excursion. The pool was nice since it got cooler later in the week. We utilized the kayaks and water toys they had. The grill was not working for a couple of days but they did get it fixed for us. Overall a great experience!"

"You will not be disappointed renting this unit. Kim is wonderful to work with if you happen to have an issue. The unit is well appointed, clean and great location. The Splash bar/restaurant on property is very handy after a long day exploring the island. The staff on property was wonderful to work with as well. The only unit that I saw with a foot bath by the front door to rinse sand before entering. You won't be disappointed staying here."

"We had a most enjoyable two week Christmas holiday at this wonderful house... and I highly recommend it! The owner, Michael, was excellent at communicating with us and super helpful. Joanes, his property manager, was awesome! What a lovely man! Super helpful, friendly, and very available to us if we had any questions. Joanes and Michael were able to find a beach umbrella for us to use during our stay which was awesome - free of charge! The layout of the house was great - the living room furniture was newer than what's in the pictures of the house - super comfortable and was fantastic for the 6 of us to hang out playing games at night. The beautiful view and sandbar out front were a lovely bonus - as were the paddle boards and kayaks. The house was perfect for the 6 of us (me and my husband, our 3 young adult children, and one of their boyfriend's). Everyone absolutely loved it, and loved the pool - we just didn't want it all to come to an end. Having the laundry machine there also was super helpful. I highly highly recommend this house - we felt incredibly safe there and well taken care of. I hope we get to go back again one day! Thank you Michael and Joanes for taking such good care of us!
