"The pictures on the internet and the pictures of the actual venue does not correspond. When we arrived we were taken to a container. When I questioned it the assistant told me that was what I booked. I then showed him the pictures and insisted that I speak to the owner. I called the owner who in return was non accommodating, even after I sent him the pictures. I contacted Hotels.com which sorted out the matter for me. This took me the whole part of 1 hour. "

I told her it was not the remote, there is no DSTV signal. She said it was working in the other rooms and left it at that. The pool was green and not real clean. "
