"House is cozy and so much to do. Really close to a small town and the many amenities gave us plenty to do for a nice winter stay. Views are amazing and beds are super comfy! We even bought sleds and had a little outdoor fun on the large beautiful lot. We were very happy to see the snow plow come do the long driveway for us so we didn't have to worry about it. If I had to nit pick the only thing I wasn't prepared for was the well water but in this area on the beautiful property it makes sense....

"We needed accommodations that allowed for 7 adults and one 2 yo. This house was perfect for that. Two bedrooms had king sized beds and all had memory foam beds (a big plus compared to other rentals we have stayed in). The two full bathrooms were fully stocked with towels, shampoo, etc. Plenty of room to hang out - two living spaces and dining area. "The property is very clean and organized. We had everything we needed and more. It is perfectly located less than 2 miles from the Castile entrance to Letchworth State Park. After two long days in the park, it was wonderful to have such a nice deck and outdoor furniture to relax on! "
