"Jo Stephen are warm and welcoming, very friendly and attentive. The hotel is perfect for us, warm clean and cosy, a wonderful location, with the most magnificent views of the bay. The sunrise from bed this morning was incredible 💖 many thanks to Jo Stephen for looking after us during our stay, lots of tips on local knowledge. Carparking very convenient too. Lovely stay"

"A last min booking for new years eve! I booked a family room for myself , Hubby and 7 year old son. The day arrived and the weather forecast was awful and nearly stopped our visit however after prompt, helpful communication from Regan we decided to try and brave the travel. "Beautiful decorated room ,perfect temperature and plenty of room ,lovely hot shower with all the toiletries .The house was in a lovely quiet spot away from the busy part of Betswy-coed but only a few minutes walk away Breakfast was perfect and had a fantastic help yourself set up,loved the fridge idea for customers and fresh milk ready in the fridge. Highly recommend for the perfect tranquil stay "

"Returned from a wonderful overnight stay here. A beautiful property in a stunning location, just a short drive from Snowdon, Tryfan etc. Check in was very easy, and George provided all the information needed for our stay. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding and we were looked after very well by Paul. Fab team, and a fabulous stay."

"What an elegant, well presented and comfortable house in which to stay! Everything was provided, from ecofriendly shampoo and bodywash to pristine robes and towels, a lovely coffee machine, fresh mik with the tea facilities and an excellent guide to the house, its facilities and local walks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"Absolutely lovely place! Stayed here last minute due to change in plans. Hosts were so attentive! In my 30s, this isn’t a place I’d normally stay if I’m honest, but wouldn’t hesitate to come back! It’s spotless! Really comfy big bed and nicely firm pillows. Modern and clean bathroom. Breakfast cooked to order and plenty of other choices; cereals, fresh fruit, juices, different teas, alternative milks as well as normal, marmite, jam, Nutella, the list is endless! "My brother and i stayed here for the weekend. We were greeted warmly by the staff here, he was a really friendly and helpful person. The room was small but cosy. The location is second to none, a 10 minute walk to the centre of Llanberis. We had pizza here the 2nd evening and it was sublime. We also had a chance to meet the owner aswell, and she was lovely too. A really amazing place to stay."

"We wanted somewhere quiet, secluded and far away from reality, this hit the spot perfectly! We weren't far from Llanberis where we had some great food and went on a beautiful walk to the castle. The cottage was well equipped and gave us the chance to feel properly nestled in the mountain.
