"The apartment was dated but clean, quite cold even with the heaters, the 2nd bedroom heater didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t working and one half of the recliner sofa didn’t recline. Overall a lovely stay and the issues didn’t affect our holiday as we were only there for a few days but when I tried to contact someone regarding the issues I go no response which was disappointing."

"This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it."

Spacious 3 bed apartment with castle view

"We had a relaxing Christmas break, it was a very spacious apartment for 5 adults. The apartment was tastefully decorated and was exactly as described. The kitchen was a great size for cooking Xmas dinner, and it was very well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, baking trays etc. The huge fridge freezer was brilliant for catering over the Christmas period. Communication with the owner was very good. The apartment was in a lovely location, opposite the castle. It was great to be able...

"They had lots of DVDs to watch but we couldn't get the tv to turn on. MGMT walked us through it and it worked that one time only. The apt is in an isolated area so it would have been nice to be able to watch tv and DVDs."

Host & Stay | Apartment 2, High Street

"Bedrooms and living spaces were lovely, modern and comfy. It was nice to have fancy shampoo and conditioner provided, as well as tea and coffee and ideal having a bath and a shower. Having a TV and sofa in the bedroom as well as downstairs was great. Unfortunately we didn't use the outdoor terrace as it must not have been checked since the previous guests and was covered with cigarette ends. We were unsure about parking at first as there was no information as to where it was, being in a town,...

Finest Retreats | Eryri Magic

7.6 out of 10, Good, (4)
"The description of the flat is inaccurate. The private fenced garden is a concrete balcony covered in fake grass, accessed from the bedroom, not the lounge as stated. The mattress is simply worn out, badly stained and needs immediate replacement. Neither mattress nor pillows had protectors on them, a basic hygiene measure. The hallway, which has no natural light, had 1 light fitting not working, the other simply a bare lightbulb. The owner offered to bring a lamp but in a narrow passageway this...

Host & Stay | Apartment 1, High Street

"A new space, had everything we could possibly use, and maybe 100 feet or so from the bay. Also, we could throw a rock to the Caernarfon Castle. We hated to leave. The only problem with the check-in was that the locked key box is shared with the upstairs unit, and the upstairs tenents took our key as well creating a short lived problem because we couldn’t get a timey response helpful response initially from property manager. But it eventually was sorted out in about an hour. Would stay again!"

Cae Tudur Remote Rural Cottage near Barmouth

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"Lovely apartment in a great location right next to the shops and beach. Easy check in, thanks to Vic and Mary. Barmouth is a great place to stay with plenty of places to eat. Would recommend the Mermaid chip shop next door to the apartment and the Royal is a great pub to visit. The slate mines at Llanfair are well worth a visit as is Porthmadog by train. I would definately recommend this apartment"
