"Attended basketball tournament at nearby Rocket Arena. Very nice hotel in old remodeled school administration building. Rooms had the new feel to them. Good comp breakfast buffet in the morning and nice complementary snack and beverages for 90 minutes in the evening. They only offer valet parking, however I had no problem taking care of it in garage nearby. No complaints."

"The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful in getting us checked in on a timely basis. This is one of the best staff I’ve encountered at Kimpton. My previous experience at the Kimpton in Atlanta was horrid when their front desk staff basically CONFISCATED my breakfast vouchers for my stay when they saw my status was merely PLATINUM. I hated that staff member and never want to visit the Kimpton in Atlanta ever again. Fortunately, the Cleveland Kimpton was kind and polite, they provided my breakfast vouchers based on my booking and even honored my Platinum benefits when checking in. The Cleveland staff appreciated my status and tried to accommodate our needs during the stay even when it was sold out and we needed late check out. FIVE STARS!!!"
