"Absolutely beautiful hotel tucked away in the downtown Cleveland area. The room was small but perfect for myself, since I was traveling alone. It was so cozy with a very prestigious look. I will most definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises and I am in Cleveland. I wanted to just stay in that comfy bed all day! The staff was super sweet and helpful as well. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, albeit short. :)"

"Excellent property that is conveniently located. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend this hotel. The one issue that I experienced was that the night front desk worker was not particularly nice when I alerted him that i was missing a cover for m bed. Overall, great hotel. "

"Glidden House is an excellent boutique hotel to stay. We have visited Cleveland a number of times and stayed in various nicer hotels. The Glidden House is, by far, our favorite place to stay. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are all comfortable and clean. The breakfast is wonderful. The surrounding area of University Circle is a great neighborhood to walk in. "

"Came to see baseball at Progressive field. Less than 10 min walk. I did online check in and picked my own room, top floor, back side. But there appeared to be a problem so I had to go to front desk to check in. Ended up with a room on the third floor, street side. Very noisy. Not real happy about that"
