The air conditioning was not working and I had to request the receptionist (who was least bothered) several times for him to actually take any action and provide me with a remote. I couldn’t stay there for more than 20 minutes."

There are plenty of staff members who are polite and well mannered. But the manager has horrible decorum. He refuses to have conversations about any disputes.
