"A great business hotel with all of the facilities you'd expect. The staff were very welcoming and as helpful as they could be. They all made their best efforts to make your stay feel personal, introducing themselves, remembering your name, preferences, etc. The hours of service in the executive lounge could have been longer. Many businesses in the area are global services organisations that work international hours, so I often missed being able to partake in the breakfast, buffet, and evening...

"The curtains (vertical blinds) did not provide any privacy. The wi-fi access was far too complicated. The front desk staff were passive. The service of lower level staff was good though unprofessional. "

"7 night solo business stay in twin room. Room was pleasant and had everything required such safety deposit box, fridge, desk and was clean. Gym was well equipped and small pool on roof. Restaurant was very good with plenty of choice and excellent service. Hotel was well looked after and staff helpful. "

"Hotel rooms are very small but ok for business as we come only to bathe & sleep. The staff is polite and breakfast also good. But negatives include not clean common bathroom, it was stinking in ground floor. Also lots of flies at breakfast counter. AC in room 208 was faulty and i complained, but no action. The room was not getting cold enough but for weather now i could manage. Summers would have been horrible"
