There are plenty of staff members who are polite and well mannered. But the manager has horrible decorum. He refuses to have conversations about any disputes. "Room sheets, pillow covers are not changed, it was stinking. Bath room was not cleaned, very bad smell and they have teared towel, no hand towel. House keeping should do way better job."

"The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The room despicable, and the photos on expedia look like they’ve been photoshopped and enhanced. In reality, they are dirty and unkempt. The air conditioning was not working and I had to request the receptionist (who was least bothered) several times for him to actually take any action and provide me with a remote. I couldn’t stay there for more than 20 minutes."

Ensured all luggages were sent to hotel rooms while we left for shopping as it was not check in time yet. It was completely hassel free which saved alot of time. Breakfast was filled with variety and wirh live kitchen serving hot food. Nearby Iskon temple and shopping area. Very convinient. Overall very satisfied. "
