They wanted to know our flight out and when they understood that our flight out was later than our checkout time, they were offered to extend our check out. Chef Dibyojyoti heard us call out Mishti-Doi and packed us a gift of much more - fresh Bengali sweets. We would have loved to stay more just because of the warm hospitality. Seems like the staffs has an amazing sense of pride in what they do and are given the authority to take care of guests with personalized and individual attention.
