"Overall, it was a very good stay. The concierge, Silvano, was AMAZING from beginning to end!! His email greetings, communication, and instructions we exceptional. The accommodations were nice for the hotel - the room itself was very nice, clean, but pretty small. It was a bit difficult to keep our luggage open. The only other negative note was the noise late into the night from the restaurant below. There was a lot of kitchen noise that we could hear each night. Thank you for a nice stay,...

"The most beautiful room I have ever stayed in!"

"The hostess at this hotel was the best! She was so helpful and kind. The room was quaint and had a wood ceiling and wood beam, which gave it lots of character. We had a private bathroom that was down 5 steps which was a little tricky to use. It was an older bathroom and had a few small issues. The hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the train station which made it really convenient for dropping off our luggage before exploring Florence. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast for us."

Internet is very poor, working only on the 1 st flr not at all in our room on thr second, we spent hours standing in cold dark lobby to get reception for checking in for our flights and planning the road Parking is also a problem around that place."
