"Was a great location, about a 20 minute walk from the train station or a bus stop right in front. Its a huge spiral staircase to get to your floor, which wasn't an issue for us. Didn't hear a thing from inside or outside except for on the last night whoever was above us had their alarm going for an hour straight, but we were getting up shortly anyways. Very walkable to either side of the river, we took a bus a couple times and then just went on foot for everything else. Storage lockers in...

"Pleasant/courteous staff. Very clean fabulous breakfast with your morning cappucino. Also across the street from a wonderful pastry store , and a nice park to get your morning run in. Town people are very chilled and stress free."

"I did not know that breakfast area is open for summer only. So, we were given simple breakfast like jam, muffin, yogurts in the room. The stay was chosen because we were on the way from Pisa to Southern Tuscany so we needed 1 night stay. The staff were very friendly."

"The hotel is classic Italian with modern upgrades. Very friendly and accommodating staff in a garden setting with a pool. Walking distance to the hot springs. Very warm weather during the visit and the in room air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. Cooler nights allowed the windows to be open with the relaxing sounds of nature."

"This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. Just know that it is noisy at night until around 1am as it's in a very public piazza but you just need good earplugs or the aircon on to drown that out if it was to bother you. "

"The stay was amazing. Location is great. Although they miscalculated our per person tax. Wasn’t able to give us back the change. We didn’t have time to go to their office located a few blocks from the apartment we stayed at. Overall great. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook basic food. There is a fridge and freezer. Could actually bed 6-7 people. Lots of space and has 2 bathrooms for our apartment. Has a nice balcony too. "

"From the top-notch location (Right at Piazza Tournabuoni and two minute walk to Ponte Vecchio- to the ginormous riverfront prestige ROOM with the 20’ domed fresco painted ceilings—sooo worth it!—we enjoyed all the modern creature comforts AND true Florentine renaissance history right above our heads! "This was a convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately we were not provided with the code before our arrival, and so in order to check-in we had to walk to another place, which was a bit confusing. The lady was very friendly and welcoming though. "
