"I have to say this should be more like a 3.5 or 4* . The service was great. The people who worked there made.all the difference and the food was amazing. True the rooms could be improved and WiFi in the casitas is limited But if you can pay extra and choose the quadruple rooms is worth it. You will have more space. The doubles are small. "The grounds of this place are beautiful. The room was just ok. It was in the "Heritage" section and on the smaller side. The shower was the smallest we'd seen in the 6 hotels we stayed in during our trip. It also was the only one without a makeup mirror and the only one who did not provide a tote bag to use when going to the beach or for excursions. Possibly the rooms in the other side of the hotel are nicer. The ones on the website look much nicer than the ones we were given."

"This is a very nice resort hotel located right on the beach. There were a few places to eat in the area and it is a nice walking area. The rooms were smaller, but cosy and they had Netflix. The bathroom was quite small but had all facilities. Parking was extra even though access was only by car. "
