"Very good location, 5 min walking to the center. Good breakfast, I would like just to have more fruit options as it was just peach (but the ones that come in a can) and none fresh fruit. The staff was great. The property is dated, need some refurbish. The bedroom was clean. No parking available but we found space in th street those 2 days without any problem. I would stay again here."

"I couldn’t stay the night... This hotel is more like a hostel. There were several families in residence with kids running & screaming in the filthy living room / bar area off the lobby. I the manager took me to my ocean view room but it was a closet with driveway view. He said that was all they had available for the night; odd given that aside from the 3 families, the hotel was empty. Finally the manager "found" a seaside room that was available. "We had a nice time. The location is as advertised, the views are terrific. When we first came the place was quite dusty and very hot (seems almost as if nobody was expecting us) but thanks to air-conditioning and a broom I found on the back porch we took care of this.
