"Fantastic property. 16 of us for a family birthday. Lots of different spaces so we werent on top of each other all the time. The teens really enjoyed the games room. It was also great having all of us round the huge dining table. Location is ideal so we walked in to Galashiels and also in to tweedbank , no need to get in the car. "

"We booked Fairnilee House for our big family Christmas. The house surpassed all our expectations and was just amazing. Luxurious furnishings, comfortable beds, fantastic showers and despite its size, extremely warm and felt just like home. The house is extremely well equipped, with an extensive selection of crockery and glassware which made for some beautiful suppers in the grand dining room.
