"The location was in a quaint neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and accommodated our request of an early check-in. The place was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. When we return to Columbia we will stay in this location again."

"Overall, we had a good stay. There were some concerns with the cleanliness/maintenance as we had to sweep the floors and clean two of tubs upon arrival. The property has modern conveniences but could use better general property maintenance (ie, no can-opener, not enough forks, broken glass in dishwasher, caulking, the loose staircase rail, loose floor boards and touch-up paint, etc…). "We had a wonderful stay in Columbia for our son’s graduation. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Beds were comfy, it was furnished perfectly and super clean. Convenient location to all things UofSC. We will definitely try to stay there again next time we visit Columbia. The host, Jason, was very accommodating when we requested a few hours early check in. "The rental doesn’t have a microwave, the appliances are outdated and the bathroom gets freezing cold in the winter/fall time. The door code given wasn’t working when I arrived, but when I called I was able to get it resolved quickly. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay! It’s a cute and quaint suite. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was great at communicating. Anytime I needed something, I got a fast response."
